Welcome to our web site, our names are Pamela and David.

We live in England, in a small seaside village in Hampshire for most of the year, and vacation in our beautiful Florida home whenever we can!

We possibly started just like you; surfing the web looking for an Orlando or Kissimmee vacation rental near Disney World. We did find a vacation home to rent, and had the best family vacation of our lives, and we have been going back ever since. We have had so much fun in the Sun that we decided to buy our own vacation home near Disney World for ourselves.

We found the perfect Florida vacation home, close to all the attractions in a peaceful, private residential location, with a beautiful private South facing tropical Sun deck with a gorgeous crystal pool and Jacuzzi. When we are not vacationing there ourselves, we like to share the Fun in the Sun with others by renting our Villa Gardenia to others who want the freedom a private villa provides.

We have a wonderful Management Company that looks after our property for us; they are there to help you, whilst you are vacationing in our home Villa Gardenia.
